The New York Stock Exchange’s Arca platform has filed a formal rule change with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to list the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF. Proposed by Trump Media & Technology Group, the ETF aims to offer retail and institutional investors exposure to the two largest digital assets without requiring direct crypto management.
The filing represents the critical second step in the ETF approval process, following the submission of a detailed prospectus last week. According to the proposal, the fund will passively track both Bitcoin and Ether, with an initial asset split of 75% Bitcoin and 25% Ether.

Crypto.com Subsidiary to Handle Custody
Yorkville America Digital has been named as the sponsor of the ETF, while the underlying crypto assets will be held in custody by Foris DAX Trust Company, a subsidiary of Crypto.com. The new ETF filing follows closely behind a separate application for a Bitcoin-only ETF submitted by Trump Media, which is also undergoing SEC review.
These filings form part of a broader strategy by Trump Media to anchor itself firmly in the digital asset space. That strategy includes a $2.32 billion capital raise for building a long-term Bitcoin reserve and a $400 million stock buyback program designed to bolster investor confidence.
Trump Media Expands Crypto Investment Vision
By launching multiple ETF products and staking a bold claim in crypto infrastructure, Trump Media is positioning itself not just as a digital content platform, but also as a pro-crypto investment vehicle. This latest move solidifies the company’s evolving identity at the intersection of media, politics, and blockchain finance.
If the ETF is approved, it would join a rapidly growing list of crypto-related products hitting traditional finance platforms. The effort also reflects a rising trend among politically-affiliated and legacy institutions to push into crypto markets, signaling a new phase of mainstream adoption and regulatory engagement.
