The upcoming Consensus Hong Kong 2025 is set to feature an electrifying crossover event as Crypto Fight Night (CFN) returns for its eighth edition. The event, taking place on February 20, blends high-stakes boxing matches with the competitive spirit of the crypto industry, bringing together top traders, influencers, and investors in a one-of-a-kind spectacle.

Headlining the event are some of the biggest names in the crypto community, including popular influencers Bitlord and Korean Jew, who will battle it out for the coveted CFN Crypto Belt. Bitlord, known for his 400,000+ followers on X (formerly Twitter), faces off against Korean Jew, who commands nearly 150,000 followers.

In another high-profile matchup, YouTube star My Mate Nate, dubbed the “Mr. Beast of Thailand” with nearly 15 million subscribers, is set to take on CFN veteran DawoodSAVAGE. Alongside these marquee fights, the event will feature several bouts between semi-professional boxers, ensuring a night packed with action and adrenaline.

More Than Just a Fight Night

While Crypto Fight Night (CFN) has become a staple event in the crypto industry, its origins trace back to a post-pandemic initiative aimed at bringing traders, investors, and influencers together in a competitive yet entertaining setting. According to Rahul Suri, co-founder of CFN and head of Ghaf Capital while speaking to Coindesk, the idea was to create an event that reflected the fiercely competitive nature of the crypto space, where traders battle for dominance in the market much like fighters in the ring.

“Crypto is a very player-versus-player environment, and combined with the risk-taking attitude of the general crypto participant, boxing has become a very highly desired sport,” said Suri.

“The fights at Crypto Fight Night are more than just entertainment — they’re a gateway to the crypto world.”

The most recent CFN event, held in Dubai in December, saw a record-breaking one million live streams, largely fueled by a high-stakes match between crypto YouTuber Bitboy and prominent memecoin trader Ansem. The bout, which went to the final round and ended in a dramatic draw, drew widespread attention and applauds from crypto enthusiast all over the world

With Consensus Hong Kong 2025 now set to host the next edition, Crypto Fight Night is gearing up for its biggest spectacle yet, as influencers, traders, and investors prepare to settle their rivalries in the ring.

The event will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong, just steps away from the main venue of Consensus 2025. With over 500 VIP attendees expected, CFN is shaping up to be one of the most exclusive side events of the conference.
